I grew up in a sector where no day is the same and results matter. Logistics has always fascinated me: the pace, the people, and the impact of small decisions on large operations. Early in my career, I learned that organizations only move forward when direction, discipline, and human leadership come together. That insight has shaped everything I’ve done since.

Over more than twenty years in logistics, operations, commercial leadership, and transformation, I’ve guided companies through growth, integrations, and restructurings. Often I step in at moments when energy is leaking away, teams lose grip, or strategy no longer reflects reality. Every organizational problem sends a signal. You just have to be willing to see it.

My strength lies in creating clarity: quickly understanding where an organization gets stuck, naming the real issue, and defining a route that works. No noise, no politics, no theatre. I bring calm where there is friction, direction where choices are unclear, and leadership where teams need it most.

I founded Noverra because I saw too many strategies remain documents rather than drivers of progress. Logistics service providers don’t need more slide decks.
